Festive Friends Support Group

In light of the difficulties many of us face during the festive period, we are pleased to be able to offer you the opportunity to join our new FREE group intervention called 'Festive Friends' that will be running online via Zoom.

The intention of Festive Friends is to offer a safe and confidential space to share your thoughts and feelings around the holiday period with a focus on staying connected and feeling supported. We hope that Festive Friends will also provide an opportunity for you to further develop authentic & safe connections with your peers.

When does Festive Friends be running?

Festive Friends will run for 4 weeks in total, will start on 15th December 2020 from 16:30pm to 18:30pm, and will be held in two parts:

PART 1: Two consecutive weeks from 15th December to 22nd December 2020.

PART 2: Two consecutive weeks from 5th January to 12th January 2021.

Please note we will not be running the group on Tuesday 29th of December.

Once we have heard back from you, we will send further information & Zoom joining details.

Requirements

Please be aware that by participating in Festive Friends you are agreeing to:

To attend all 4 sessions of Festive Friends
To ensure that any substance/alcohol use is moderate and contained and does not impact on your engagement and presentation at Festive Friends.
