Real Chemistry Online Workshops
Part of our Real Chemistry series – connection, wellbeing and chemsex recovery.
The Real Chemistry online workshops have been created so you can guide yourself through chemsex recovery themes & topics and engage in chemsex support at home, be that in London, the UK, or internationally. Within each theme, there are key questions for you to reflect on and answer, as well as additional exercises to support you in making progress in each area of chemsex recovery. If at any point the content is difficult to engage in, then it will be important for you to think about what additional support you can put in place for yourself to explore these themes further.
The online workshops have been arranged in a format which we believe supports a pathway through chemsex recovery, and we encourage you to start at the beginning even if some of the first themes are no longer relevant to your journey.
These workshops are aimed at men who have already taken steps towards their drug or alcohol goals. Our Antidote Home Care pages have information to support earlier changes, or if you are in London you can refer yourself into our support services.
