This new 2025 Antidote Chemsex support clinic, in central London, is based at the Mortimer Market Centre and is a collaboration between the Antidote LGBTQ+ drug & alcohol service, working with Islington Council and alongside the team at Islington’s’ local drug service, ‘Better Lives’.
The Clinic has been created to provide 1-2-1 confidential support by the LGBTQ+ community, for the LGBTQ+ community in regard to concerns around Chemsex or indeed any substance (mis) use.
The clinic is open to residents of any London borough.
Support is offered through Chemsex harm reduction advice, information, interventions and, where necessary, referral into support services.
Whether you want to stop altogether, play more safely or simply discuss any concerns you may have, the Antidote team are here and ready to listen.
