Social & Support Groups
Would you like to make friends, or just meet with other LGBTQ+ people in a safe, supportive environment?
Our social and support groups provide a safe space away from the scene for LGBTQ+ people to come together to discuss a range of issues affecting them, including coming out and questions about sexuality.
All of our face-to-face groups are run by trained volunteers at our offices, 86 Caledonian Road, London N19DN (see map below).

FOR ALL LGBT
LGBT DROP-IN
WHAT: The Friday Drop-In is a safe, friendly space open to all LGBT people with free refreshments.

WHAT: Pink Ink is a creative writing group open to all LGBT people.
WHEN: Every 2nd and 4th Thursday of the month, 7-9pm

ENGLISH CLASSES
WHAT: Our weekly English class is designed for anyone identifying as LGBT who wants to improve their spoken English. All levels welcome.

CHANGES
WHAT: Changes is a discussion and support-oriented coming out group for women of all ages and backgrounds. It’s a space to talk about coming out, sexuality, being lesbian or bisexual and other issues.

LBT WOMEN'S CRAFTERNOON
WHAT: The social activities are open to all LBT women plus non-binary people who have an identity within a community that centres on women.

TURNING POINT
WHAT: Turning Point is a discussion and support-oriented coming out group for gay or bisexual men of all ages and backgrounds with discussions about coming out, sexuality, being gay or bisexual and other issues.

WHAT: Mattrix is a non-scene social group for gay and bisexual men from all backgrounds. Trips, guest speakers, games nights and video evenings are some of our activities.

WHAT: Opening Doors is a group for all LGBTQ+ people aged 50 and over in partnership with Opening Doors London.
WHEN: Every 2nd & 4th Wednesday of the month - 12:30-2:30pm

FOR NEURODIVERGENT:
WHAT: The group provides a confidential and safe space for LGBTIA+ people on the Autism/Neurodiversity Spectrum. We welcome anyone with a formal or self diagnosis of Autism/Aspergers/AD(H)D.

FOR ANTIDOTE SERVICE USERS:
THE ANTIDOTE SOCIAL
WHAT: The Antidote Social is a space for conversation, connection and community (CCC). Service users can catch up with each other, meet old and make new friends in a safe space over a cuppa. Open to antidote service users who have completed their initial assessment. *This is not a drop-in service, for structured support please attend our Monday & Thursday drop-ins.
