COVID-19 SAFETY REGULATIONS - updated 30/03/2022
1. SOCIAL DISTANCING
Social distancing is no longer required, but we encourage everyone to keep their distance whenever possible. The office is a small space so please be mindful of each other.
2. MASKS
Masks are no longer required in the LF building.
3. SYMPTOMS
If you experience Covid symptoms, do not come to the office, self-isolate and arrange to get a PCR test: https://www.gov.uk/get-coronavirus-test.
4. TESTING
We don't ask clients and service users to perform tests, but we strongly recommend everyone to do so anyway before coming to the office if possible. Tests can be ordered for free (for some) here: https://www.gov.uk/order-coronavirus-rapid-lateral-flow-tests. Or you can find your nearest testing site here: https://maps.test-and-trace.nhs.uk/. You should report your test result here: https://www.gov.uk/report-covid19-result.
5. TEST RESULTS
- Following a positive LFT test == Book a PCR test.
- Where a colleague has had a period of leave either annual leave or sickness == They should test on their first day back at work, there is no period of leave specified before testing must be completed on a return, so even if there is only 1 day of absence an LFT must be completed.
6. TEST AND TRACE
We no longer require you to sign into track and trace as you enter the building.
7. OFFICE CLEANING
London Friend hired a company to provide a one-off deep clean of the office. Thereafter we will operate an enhanced and upgraded cleaning schedule.
8. OFFICE PROVISIONS
London Friend will provide hand-sanitisers and wipes. We will no longer accept cash donations. Card donation terminals will be provided.
9. SERVICES
Groups will take place in the upstairs rooms. Both antidote and counselling services will run a mixture of online and in-person sessions. Please check with the specific services for more info: counselling@londonfriend.org.uk or antidote@londonfriend.org.uk.
