Chemsex Support
The negative effects of chemsex can impact various aspects of life. What starts of as fun and pleasurable can often end up causing numerous mental and physical health problems, that can escalate to something more serious or life threatening.
The reality of these experiences may mean that you approach our service for support with already identified issues, or when things are particularly bad. You might already have made a decision to stop engaging in chemsex altogether, and we can support you with this goal. You already have stopped and would like support maintaining this. The support we offer can vary, but we will make sure that it will be dependent on your individual needs. Check out our Antidote service for more information on how we can support you.
We also understand that stopping chemsex may not be an option for you, and you may only be looking for harm reduction advice. You can also come into one of our drop-ins for a chat about this.

It may be time to take a break from engaging in chemsex activities if:
- You implement Harm Reduction advice, but still experience negative consequences to your mental or physical health.
- You are unable to implement Harm Reduction into your chemsex practice when high.
- You continue to regret the choices you make when high.
- Your choice to engage in chemsex continue to impact your work, relationships, and general wellbeing.
- Your intake of chemsex drugs increases or you use more and more frequently.
- The sex you choose to have when high continues to be more and more risky.
- Your Mental Health continues to deteriorate.
